Simple Valentine’s Day Decor
February is fixing to roll in here like, “new month, who dis?”
I am typically not much of a Valentine’s Day decorator, but I have added a couple pink and red pieces to ramp up the mood this year. I found this cute red throw with hearts at Home Goods, I thought it would be the perfect, bold red to make a statement. It’s fun and catches the eye quickly when set against the neutral decor, it’s the perfect pop of holiday color and it speaks volumes.
For some cozy texture, I brought in these pillows from Target. They have cute tassels, neutral fabric and pink/blush stripes and they come in lots of sizes including square and lumbar. They are so soft, and are part of the Hearth and Hand line from Joanna Gaines. I already had the round pillows, but I love the boho feel they add to this area. Texture and color are great ways to warm up any space.
This cute holiday Rae Dunn candle fit right as well. The scent is fabulous, Midnight Rose. I found this one at TJ Maxx. I guess you could say I have an obsession with my RD!
The last item I added for simple Valentine’s Day decor was a cute conversation heart garland from Rae Dunn. I also found this item at TJ Maxx and it is so cute, a little different for my decor, but I do like it. I placed it on my cabinet in the living room. The little hearts alternate white and pink and read: HUGS, XOXO, KISSES, LOVE, BE MINE. They are darling for sure! I hope you’ve enjoyed this little run down of holday decor, Happy upcoming Valentine’s Day!
Friends forever,
note: This is not a sponsored post. All items were purchased by me and all opinions are my own.
