VALENTINE’S DAY IRISH CREAM SODA

How lovely are these yummy drinks? I was first introduced to Irish Cream Soda at a restaurant we love, The Spaghetti Factory. This is a recipe really lets us bring that yumminess home, and the grandkids think it’s a special and fun treat, and goes great with spaghetti night!

Italian Cream Soda

Ingredients

¾ cup sparkling water (or you can use Sprite if you like it extra sweet)

3 Tbsp flavored syrup (I used Strawberry)

4 Tbsp VANILLA CREAMER

Ice

Whipped cream

Maraschino Cherry

Holiday Sprinkles

Fill a large glass with ice.  Pour in flavored syrup & sparkling water, give this a little spin mix.  Add the half and half on top but do not mix, you want it to set on top.  Top with whipped cream and sprinkles and serve.
