SAMOAS GIRL SCOUT COOKIE DESSERT
We went to the grocery to get food for a cook out with family and neighbors. I was looking for something to make for dessert and I saw the Girl Scouts out front selling cookies. I got an instant idea! I made these little desert cups and they were a hit! I know everyone loves Girl Scout cookies so here’s how I made them!
SAMOAS GIRL SCOUT COOKIE DESSERT
1 box Samoas Girl Scout Cookies
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 container Cool Whip
Make the fluff…In the bowl of a mixer, place cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well then fold in cool whip.
Crumble 2 cookies into the bottom of a cup, top with fluff and garnish with 1 cookie. Serve cold.
