HONEY WALNUT SHRIMP
Have you ever had the Honey Walnut Shrimp at Panda Express? Oh, it is sweet goodness! When I came across this recipe on IG, I knew I had to try it! It was delicious, and fairly easy despite all the steps and the frying. We’ve made it several times and it always hits the spot. It really is easy to make, and you won’t regret it! I love that it has that Panda Express flavor without the MSG! There’s something great about controlling the ingredients in your meals. reference: original recipe from The Golden Balance

GRAPE SALAD
I was first introduced to this dessert salad several years ago at my sister in laws house. Mallie had made this for a family dinner and I was in love. A couple years later I had my first trip to Chicken Salad Chick and found they had grape salad, and it was the same delicious stuff. I asked Mallie for the recipe and she was happy to share, and now I’m sharing it with you all. To lighten this up a little by using Truvia baking sugar and Swerve brown sugar. You can also use Light cream cheese if you prefer. This is a great dessert salad to take to…

TATER SOUP
Do you like tater soup? My family loves it, in fact, my daughter requests it quite often. We love to have a family dinner night. Most of children are wrapped up in their own lives, but my youngest daughter, Bethany, she truly loves family time and I’m so thankful for that. This is one of her favorites. I’ve taught her how to make it and she’s a fantastic cook, but she still likes it when momma makes it. So, sorry I can’t make this for all of you, but here’s my recipe and you can give it a try for yourself. There it is friends, the yummiest tater soup. We…

GRANNY’S HAMBURGER, POTATO & NOODLE SKILLET
This was one of my favorite dishes that my Granny used to make. Absolute soul food, southern goodness, comfort in a bowl. She always made this with her homemade noodles, which aren’t hard to make, but I don’t have the patience to make and store them. So I use store bought and they still taste delicious! I hope you’ll make this dish and you’ll let me know how your family likes it. You start with a pound of ground beef fried. When all the pink is gone, drain the grease, add 2 cups of water and 1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix, stir well to mix and add a…

VALENTINE’S DAY CHOCOLATE DIPPED STRAWBERRIES
Chocolate Covered Strawberries Ingredients: Strawberries Chocolate candy melts in color of choice Sprinkles Clean Strawberries and dry well. Leave the stem on for décor/color. Melt chocolate per directions. I prefer to use 2 or 3 different colors to mix things up. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Dip berries and place on sheet. If using sprinkles, add while chocolate is wet. If not, allow to begin setting up. You can also use chocolate melted in a different color to add candy striping. You put the melted alternate color into a heavy bag (like a Ziploc freezer bag) snip end off and squeeze out a thin line of chocolate.
