CROCKPOT MUSHROOM CHICKEN

Winner winner, chicken dinner! I love a good “dump” meal, and this little number did not disappoint! It was so easy y’all, its crazy. Here’s all ya have to do!

  1. Put 2 frozen chicken breasts into your crockpot.
  2. Season with chicken seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add 10-12 mini potatoes (whole and unpeeled).
  4. Add a cup or so of chicken broth.
  5. Add 1 can fat free cream of mushroom soup.
  6. Add 1 can of drained, sliced mushrooms or 1 container of fresh, sliced mushrooms.

Once you have it all in the pot, put the lid on and turn to high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. When times up, shred the chicken. Add more broth if it’s too dry (mine was perfect). Serve with mini taters (i mashed with a fork and added some light sour cream) and green beans. We also had grilled bread as a side and it was so good.
