Halloween CharBOOterie Board
Our grandson was over for a visit around Halloween last year and I decided we would make this easy and fun Halloween themed CharBOOterie board! So Easy and so fun!
Here’s what you need:
- 1 package reduced fat crescent rolls
- 1 package hot dogs (I use Hebrews National Fat Free)
- 1 container nacho cheese (i found it at the Deli)
- 1 can hot dog chili or coney sauce
- 1 bag Mr. Bones Cheetos
- 1 bag black licorice sticks
- 1 bag spooky wrapped chocolates
- carmel apples
- ketchup & mustard
It’s time to get creative! Begin by preheating oven to 375 F. Open crescent rolls and divide, cut the triangles into strips. Wrap the strips around the hot dogs in a gapped pattern to resemble a mummy. Place on baking sheet and bake per instructions on rolls package, 9-12 minutes.
Once this is done, put your chili and cheese sauces into small dishes and heat in microwave. Place on serving board lined with holiday themed parchment paper. Place candies, chips, apples, sauces, and mummy dogs on board creating a fun feasting adventure.
Your imagination can run wild here! Make all the fun things you can think of, the spookier the better! Candy eyes are also fun on the mummy dogs! Have fun!!!
