FAKE OUT ARBY’S ROAST BEEF
This one was fun and easy! My daughter told me about it and the hubby and I both enjoyed! Making a fake out Arby’s roast beef sandwich is easy! Grab a package of buns, I use Keto Culture, and a package of deli roast beef (if you get it at the deli have them shave it thin). Some additional things you might like to have with your sandwich, just remember to count your WW points; BBQ sauce, horseradish sauce, creamy cheddar cheese, swiss cheese. You can dress that sandwich up however you like.
Here’s what you do, bring that deli meat home and put it in a saucepan with 1 small can of Beef broth (enough to cover meat) bring it to a boil and remove from heat. Warm your buns up in the microwave. I like to steam the buns with a small dish of water. Put water in a microwave safe dish and heat for 2 minutes, add buns in microwave with the water and heat for 20 seconds then just let it sit and get all steamy inside, a couple minutes should get the buns good and soft. Build you sandwich with the beef and any toppings you wish.
As for sides, the options are endless. I had some Rally’s fries in the freezer so I put them in the air fryer and they were great. I also had some fat free cottage cheese and a slice of garden tomato with mine.
Hubby and I give this little dupe a solid 8 out of 10, easy and yummy. Enjoy!
