CHICKEN TOSTADA CASSEROLE
Straight from me to you. This is what happens when I just throw something together. It was amazing, hubby had 2 servings and I’m not sad about it at all. I used rotisserie chicken to make the meat filling and I built this up like a lasagna. It is so good and was fun to make. The queso is from Costco and it has a little bit of jalapeno and its delicious! I highly recommend this one! Let me know if you try this one! Yummy!

Homemade Hamburger Helper
Comfort food much? When my kids were young, they loved hamburger helper. But with 4 kids and 2 adults to feed, i usually had to make 2 boxes plus meat, well….that got expensive. So I started making it homemade, saved money and it would go a lot further. Most people like to cook their pasta in the hamburger helper, I like to pre-cook mine. If you want to cook it in the skillet you will have to add extra liquid. This homemade hamburger helper is perfect for leftovers, I had mine in my grandsons favorite snoopy bowl. Never gets old.

FAVE AMAZON FINDS FOR MY WW JOURNEY
2. FOOD SCALE – A food scale makes life 100 times easier when on a weight loss journey. Why is that you ask? Because all food labels give servings in quantity such as piece/cup AND in grams as well. Often, if you check the weight, you can have more of the product. Example: chicken nuggets, the label may say serving size 6 nuggets or 80 grams. When you actually weigh the product, 6 nuggets may only be 72 grams so you can add an extra nugget. Things are always more precise with weight measurements. 3. CHEESE (VEGGIE) GRATER/SHREDDER – This device is an all time favorite of mine and I…

TAMMY KATE’S WW PANTRY ESSENTIALS
I get asked often how I keep my meals exciting and my snacks nutritious and still manage to remain within my points allotment. Here’s the answer, I keep lots of “good” stuff on hand. Now, part of the diet culture is to mark some foods good and some bad, that’s not what I’m doing here. By good, I mean foods that are within my point value range and easy to obtain or repair. So let’s have a look at some items I strive to keep stocked in my pantry and fridge! There are several wraps out there that are low in points, but Cut Da Carb is one of my…
